Usage

Voice conversations, telephony and other AI operations are billed on what is actually used.

The spend is visible in your cabinet: how many minutes have been used and how many are left.

Questions

How long does development take?

Usually two to six weeks. The longest part is not the development but collecting your material: if it is already written down, the timescale is at the short end.

What do you need from us to start?

Your services and prices, the questions customers ask, and your rules — what must always be said and what must never be. We collect the rest in the conversation, or while you fill in the checklist.

Can the assistant invent an answer?

It answers only from the knowledge you approved. Outside it, it says it does not know and offers to pass the question to a person — that is a rule, not a setting.

Which languages does it speak?

Latvian, Russian and English as standard. If you need another, we can add almost any language in the world — the visitor chooses, and the assistant stays in that language for the whole conversation.
